By submitting a resume for the purpose of engaging GBC International for my job search, I have consented to the collection, use, and disclosure by GBC International of my personal information for employment purpose, including verification of professional accreditations, educational background check, criminal record check, driver abstract, and my personal employment information. I understand that GBC International retains the right to decline recruitment services to potential candidates, and will not retain the personal information of potential candidates to whom service has been declined.

In order to assist me in obtaining employment, GBC International may collect my personal information from my referees and former employers and may use and disclose my personal information to my referees and potential employers.

I authorize the disclosure of my personal information to GBC International by any and all of my employers, former employers, schools, referees, and individuals reasonably connected to my employment or educational background. In addition, I authorize such persons and GBC International discloses my personal information to potential employers for the purpose of evaluating my credentials and qualifications.

Further, I hereby release GBC International, its employees, agents, and divisions, wherever located, and any and all of my employers, former employers, schools, referees, and other persons reasonably related to this recruitment process from all liability in responding to inquiries in connection with the services provided to me by GBC International.

I authorize GBC International to retain my personal information, including personal employment information, for an indefinite period of time for the purpose of recruitment.

I understand that, without my prior consent, GBC International will not sell or give my resume or any of my personal information, including my personal employment information, to a third party for any reason other than recruitment.

I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time, with five (5) business days' notice. Upon withdrawal of my consent, my file will be destroyed. In addition, I understand that GBC International retains the right to keep a record of personal information relating to recruitment work already completed at the time of the destruction.
