Savvy, consulting organization background OR broad and deep experience gained through significant retailing / IT experience. Knowledge of business unit and IT process integration; strong customer service orientation and relationship skills; hands-on experience and belief in structured systems development methodology. GUI and/or complex report design; cost/benefit analysis; applications architecture; strong analytical experience with management experience or perspective. Ability to negotiate complex situations and provide leadership to gray concepts. Ability to comfortably handle uncertainty and high levels of ambiguity. Ability to evaluate and assess an application for its user functionality, capabilities, training needs, etc. Superior communications. Desired knowledge/background: Project Management, Retail Operations, Distribution, Structured Analysis (methodology), IT Architecture, Supply Chain Management, user and systems training.

requirement Work with business management and IT project sponsors during concept development to identify key business requirements, determine necessary functional capabilities, technical architectures, project estimates/benefits as well as develop business cases and funding approval presentations. Act as primary project lead and consultant through program funding process for assigned systems efforts; maintain appropriate business relations and help to ensure positive, business customer-driven results. Post program funding, you will assist with transition from strategic to tactical directions/provide hands-on support as necessary during design/implementation or assigned systems projects.
