*Job description The incumbent must have at least seven years of full software lifecycle experience developing multi-tiered distributed applications. The candidate should have solid knowledge of XML, XHTML, Javascript, J2EE, C++, Oracle RDBMS, and UNIX for development efforts. Candidate should have strong knowledge of creating GUI frameworks and understanding of visual representation of network elements using XML, XSL, and SVG. Candidate must have strong investigation skills to research the feasibilities of new technologies for new systems. Good problem solving and communication skills, verbal and written are essential and the candidate must be comfortable working with end-users.
